Our Story
Little Sutton Floorings began as a father's trade and a son's apprenticeship. Tom Land started sanding village halls as a teenager — learning every cut, board, lacquer and finish from a man who had spent four decades doing the same.
Today, Tom leads a small, dedicated team from Sutton Coldfield, with a London base for projects across the capital. The work has grown to include heritage restoration, premium hotels, schools and commercial fit-outs — but the standard hasn't changed: don't try to run until you can walk.
